Millennium Hall

Built in 2001, Millennium Hall is a traditional style residence hall located on East Campus, with two to three students living together per room.  There are several communal bathroom and shower stalls on each floor equipped with large lockers to store toiletries. The building has a staff of 7 Resident Assistants, and is designated male and female by floor. 

 

Whelan Hall

Whelan Hall, named after Thomas V. Whelan '68 was erected in 1994 on East Campus.  Similar to Millennium Hall, it is a traditional style residence hall, with rooms ranging from doubles to quads.  There are communal bathrooms and shower stalls on each floor. Whelan Hall has a staff of 5 Resident Assistants, and is designated male and female by floor.

Saint Peter Hall

An East Campus traditional style residence hall complete with air conditioning unit and sink in each room as well as communal bathroom and shower stalls on each floor. This building offers double, triple, and quad occupant rooms. There are 3 Resident Assistants serving this community. Current prices per semester: 2-person Room $3,331. 3-person room: TBD, 4-person Room: TBD.  These prices do not include the $1,837 meal plan requirement. Prices are subject to increase annually. 

Veteran's Memorial Court

Known to most residents as VMC or Vets, this is a West Campus apartment style residence hall complete with kitchen, living room, and bathroom in each unit. Minimum requirements to live in VMC are 24 credits and 2.0 GPA. This building offers 2-person, 4-person, 5-person, and 6-person occupant apartments. There are 4 Resident Assistants serving this community. Current Prices per semester: all apartments: $3,524. These prices do not include the $570 meal plan requirement. Prices are subject to increase annually. 

Murray Hall

Formally known as 850, this is a West Campus apartment style residence hall complete with kitchen, living room, and bathroom in each unit. There is an air conditioning unit in each apartment. Murray Hall is an Enriched Living environment and each resident of the building is required to fill out an Enriched Living contract which is an agreement to live in the building without the use of alcohol or any other substance deemed illegal as outlined in “The Net”. There is also an expectation that students will contribute positively to their community. Minimum requirements to live in Murray Hall are 24-59 credits with a 3.0 GPA or 60+ credits with a 2.0 GPA. Murray Hall offers 2-person, 3-person, and 6 person occupant apartments. This community is served by 2 Resident Assistants. Current Prices per semester: All apartments: $3,524. These prices do not include the $570 meal plan requirement. Prices are subject to increase annually.  

Durant Hall

Formerly known as 131Glenwood, this is a West Campus apartment style residence hall complete with kitchen and bathroom. This building offers two different apartment styles; a complete apartment with a living room and a conversion apartment without a living room. This building offers single, 2-person, and 4-person occupant apartments. Minimum requirements to live in Durant Hall are 54 credits and a 2.0 GPA. This community is served by 2 Resident Assistants. Current Prices per semester: Apartment w/ living room $3,524 and Apartment w/out living room $2,651. These prices do not include the $570 meal plan requirement. Prices are subject to increase annually. 

140 Glenwood Avenue

A West Campus apartment style residence hall complete with kitchen and bathroom. This building offers two different apartment styles; a complete apartment with a living room and a conversion apartment without a living room. This building offers 2-person and 4-person occupant apartments. Minimum requirements to live at 140 Glenwood Avenue are 54 credits and a 2.0 GPA. This community is served by 4 Resident Assistants. Current Prices per semester: apartment w/ living room $3,524 and conversion apartment w/out living room $2,651. These prices do not include the $570 meal plan requirement. Prices are subject to increase annually.
