Our Buildings
Millennium Hall
Built in 2001, Millennium Hall is a traditional style residence hall located on East Campus, with two to three students living together per room. There are several communal bathroom and shower stalls on each floor equipped with large lockers to store toiletries. The building has a staff of 7 Resident Assistants, and is designated male and female by floor.
Whelan Hall
Whelan Hall, named after V. Whelan '68 was erected in 1994 on East Campus. Similar to Millennium Hall, it is a traditional style residence hall, with rooms ranging from doubles to quads. There are communal bathrooms and shower stalls on each floor. Whelan Hall has a staff of 5 Resident Assistants, and is designated male and female by floor.
Saint Peter Hall
Saint Peter Hall, located on East Campus, is a traditional style residence hall complete with an air conditioning unit and sink in each room, with communal bathrooms and shower stalls on each floor. This building offers double occupant rooms, and a few triples, designated male and female by floors. There are 3 Resident Assistants in the community of Saint Peter Hall.
Veteran's Memorial Court
Known to most residents as VMC or Vets, Veteran's Memorial Court is a West Campus apartment style residence hall complete with kitchen, living room, and bathroom in each unit. This building offers 2-person, 4-person, 5-person, and 6-person apartments. There are 4 Resident Assistants in this community.
Murray Hall
Formally known as 850 West Side Avenue, Murray Hall is an apartment building on the West Campus located at the intersection of West Side Avenue and Glenwood Avenue. Saint Peter's College had the honor of renaming this hall after John Murray for his dedication and service to the College. It is also our "Enriched Living" residence where students who are focused on a healthy lifestyles and academic success are supported in their positive choices. This building offers apartments that can accommodate from 2 to 5 students, and there are 2 Resident Assistants who work with the community in the building.
Durant Hall
Also known as 131, Durant Hall is a apartment building on the West Campus where juniors and seniors reside. This building offers apartment style housing, with kitchen areas, private bathrooms, and apartments that house from 2 to 4 residents. There are 3 Resident Assistants who work with the Durant Hall community.
140 Glenwood Avenue
The 140 Complex is a West Campus apartment building, where the apartments include a kitchen and bathroom. There are two different styles of apartments available, one is a complete apartment with a living room and the other is a conversion apartment without a living room. There are 4 Resident Assistants who work with this community.
