Tri-Beta is an honors and professional society for students of the biological sciences. It was founded in 1922 and has grown to include 553 established chapters across United States and Puerto Rico. This prestigious national honor society’s purpose is to promote scholarship in the biological sciences, to promote dissemination of biological knowledge and to encourage research.

Requirements for Tribeta membership:
3.3 GPA in Biology & General Cumulative for Regular Member: Lifetime Dues: $45.00
2.8 GPA in Biology & General Cumulative for Associate Member: Lifetime Dues: $35.00
Completion of 3 or more Biology courses
Copy of transcript to Dr. Wilmanski
