Applying for Admission as a Transfer Student

You have a choice of which application to submit:

• Common Application,
• Saint Peter's College Online Application
• Universal College Application, or
• Paper Application

No application fee required except for International students, who MUST include an application processing fee of $40.

Step two: submit official college transcript

• Saint Peter's College requires a minimum of 120 transfer hours to grant a Bachelor's Degree.
  
  • Double majors, major and a minor, and certain disciplines require additional credits.
• We accept up to 66 transfer credits from a community college; and up to 90 credits from a four year institution.
  
  • Students must complete 30 college credits of their major at Saint Peter's College for the granting of a Bachelor's Degree.

**Majority of Pre-Professional joint programs are not available to transfer students due to the strict time frame during the application process and the rigid schedule students must adhere to. Saint Peter's cannot accept students into the Nursing Program who have been in Nursing at a previous school. However, if the transfer student was in a Pre-Nursing program, they are welcome to apply. These programs only accept students for the fall semester. Please adhere to the strict deadline of February 15th to leave time for the decision process.
