I cannot log in, what should I do? Have you activated your account? When a student registers, they create a password, but it will not work unless you access your email and activate by clicking a link in an email.
I registered, but there is no email allowing me to activate my account, what should I do? If it is not in your inbox, check spam folders. If it isn’t there, perhaps you entered your email address incorrectly. Please call your admission counselor or 201-761-7100 so we can get your name and the email you attempted to register with.
In general, I am just having issues with the website. What should I do? Are you using Mozilla Firefox? Our website really prefers this to Internet Explorer. It is free and simple to install.
I began applying, but I am now locked out of my account, what should I do? Please call us as soon as possible, 201-761-7100! We will take care of this for you.
I began applying, but now I cannot remember my password, what should I do? There is a link right next to password that says “forgot your password?” You need to click on it and enter your email address and it will reset your password and send the new one to the email address you provided.
I do not want to insert my letters of recommendation online, I want to mail them in, and can I continue with my application without inserting my letters of recommendation? You still need to enter the name and email address of the person who is writing your recommendation. If at all possible, please just submit the recommendation online.
I decided I want to print my application out and complete it that way, can I? Even though you can print a PDF version from our website, if you have already started an online application, please complete that one if at all possible.
My school isn’t an option on the “school list”, what should I do? That’s no problem! Please just choose “Domestic Not Found.”
How can I be sure my application was actually submitted to Saint Peter’s College? Simply sign into your account and click on the “My applications” link. On the right you will see a column that says “My Activity”. There it will list all of your current applications. If the application is not fully submitted, it will say “not completed yet”. If it has submitted, it will say “submitted”.
