Billing Disputes

If you wish to dispute a charge on your bill please write to:

Disputes should be addressed in writing and within 30 days of receipt of your bill.  Please include the following information: your name, your student ID or social security number, the dollar amount being disputed, and an explanation of why you believe there is an error.  Do not include any dispute information with your payment.
