Welcome Yankee Fans!

If you're here you must have seen our ad in the Alex Rodriguez Commemorative Issue of Yankee Magazine.
As promised, here are reasons why Saint Peter's College is a home run:
Education. One Student at a Time.
With a student-to-faculty ratio of 15 to 1, no student is just another spectator in the crowd. The College prides itself on “cura personalis” or “care for the whole person” so students receive the attention that they need to succeed in the classroom and in life.
Division I Athletics
Saint Peter’s has 19 Division I athletic teams and is a member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. Not an athlete, but instead a sports fan? “Peacock Nation” gives students and alumni an excuse to show their love of any game.
Jesuit Education
Saint Peter’s College is one of twenty-eight Jesuit colleges and universities in the United States and the only one in New Jersey. A Saint Peter’s education is based on the fundamental values of academic excellence, leadership, service and faith.
Alumni Network
With an alumni base of 28,000, Saint Peter’s graduates and students can network with the best and brightest leaders of the world’s top companies. Two exceptional opportunities include the Regents Business Symposium and the Regents Mentoring Program.
Location
Proximity to New York City (10 minutes via a train) and a thriving Jersey City waterfront provides countless internship opportunities (as well as endless fun activities) for our students.
Cultural Richness
The College’s undergraduate students originate from more than 60 countries around the world, including Nepal, China and Israel, as well as from throughout the United States.
Going Green
In January 2010, all electricity generated by Saint Peter’s College became powered by 100% renewable energy. The College also prides itself on simple yet effective sustainability practices such as trayless dining, motion sensor controlled water and lighting fixtures as well as the use of recycled paper.
Liberal Arts Education
Our undergraduate curriculum, which is grounded in the liberal arts, provides a well-rounded knowledge base for students in the arts, humanities, language and literature.
Service Opportunities
Whether it’s a day of cleaning up Jersey City streets through the College’s Junkyard Dogs program, or a weeklong excursion to Honduras for the College’s Global Outreach Program, there is a community service activity that fits each student.
Cutting Edge Research
The world’s only research facility devoted to the study of microplasma is located at Saint Peter’s: The Center for Microplasma Science and Technology. Microplasma can be used for many different purposes – such as antibacterial applications – not just in your TV!
