NOTES:
- Patch loading into the TEST_PATCHES environment will occurr on scheduled day during business hours.
- User testing of patches is done only in the TEST_PATCHES environment, which is built exclusively for this purpose
- Refreshes of the TEST_PATCHES environment with be done monthly, to maximize validity of testing
- Patch loading into the PRODUCTION environment will occurr on scheduled day before 8am.
- HP-UX operating system patches will be loaded quarterly; January, April, July, October.
- Regulatory updates will be installed in addition to above schedule as required.
- Patch loading dates are subject to shifting due to college activities or unplanned events.
- All other user testing, not patch related, will continue to be done in the TEST environment
- Refreshes of the TEST environment will be done 4 times a year; January, April, July, October. Exact date will be announced at the SPIRIT Committee meeting immediately prior to each refresh.
