 O'Toole Library Reference Desk Schedule: Fall Semester 2009

While the staff strives to provide personal service, the level of activity at the reference desk determines the amount of time the librarian can devote to each patron. At busy times the reference staff may only be able to provide no more than 15 minutes of assistance to any one patron. For complex and time-consuming reference requests, it may be best to make an appointment for a scheduled consultation.  E-mail reference@spc.edu to arrange for a one-on-one research consultation with a reference librarian. 

Librarian Mark Graceffo provides reference assistance during operating hours at the Englewood Cliffs Campus Library.
