Advice to Parents
Trust that you instilled in your child great morals and values. Encourage your child to not settle for average, but to strive for their absolute best (never discourage them)! Help your child visit all the schools they are thinking of applying to. Remember that no matter where your child goes to school, be it around the block or states away, they will always be your little boy/girl!

Advice to Students
I would recommend taking the SAT's more than once and beginning the whole college-search process your junior year of high school. This gives you more than enough time to visit tons of schools, do your absolute bests on the SAT's, and you might even get some time to actually relax your senior year!

Do not just apply to schools because your best friends are applying there as well. Branch out on your own if you find a school that will benefit YOU and your educational and career goals! Individualism is the new black.

Favorite Movie
A Bronx Tale

Favorite Sport
I consider writing a sport. However, I also consider shopping a form of cardio.

Favorite Books
Homer's The Odyssey, The Lovely Bones, Dante's Inferno

Something about you that surprises people:

I've played the piano (classical music) since I was nine, but I rarely play in front of people.

Why SPC?
Based upon my employment and MBA courses, I have got to say that the faculty and staff are absolutely amazing! Our class ratio is about 16 to 1, so you can sit in class and the teacher will actually know your name! This comes in handy big time if you ever need extra help after class or a letter of recommendation for a club or future grad school.

Also, one of the unique things about SPC is the internships here. You can start building up your resume with them as early as your freshman year! You are not limited to just one and being so close to New York City opens you up to a ton of choices!
