Room Switch Week

Permitted room switches:

1.       Two residents want to swap spaces with each other. All residents involved, including the residents who are not moving, must sign the Room Switch Form

• First-year students may only switch rooms within Millennium or Whelan Halls.
• Whelan students can move to Millennium, and Millennium students can move to Whelan, as long as all appropriate signatures are on the form.
• In order to move into VMC you musthave completed 24 credits by the end of summer 2008. 
• In order to move into Durant Hall (131 Glenwood), Murray Hall (850 Westside Ave.), or 140 (Glenwood) you must have completed 54 credits by the end of summer 2008.  
• In order to move into Murray Hall, you cannot have been found responsible for any violations of Saint Peter’s College alcohol policy.

2.       A resident may move “alone” into a vacant space in another room as long as all present roommates in the room with the vacant space sign this Room Switch Form. 

If approved, you will receive a confirmation email from Michael Lord, Assistant Director of Residence Life.  You will have until Wednesday, September 19^th at 5pm to move into your new space. A professional Residence Life staff member (not an RA) must witness the key exchange.
