Evelyn Herbert and Dr. Eugene J. Cornacchia
Evelyn’s Story at SPC
Evelyn began her career at Saint Peter's College on September 14, 1987 as a Clerk/Typist III. She was promoted to Secretary I and Secretary II before assuming her current role as Recruitment Coordinator, which she moved to in 1999.
What SPC Loves About Evelyn
Evelyn’s caring and compassion for the students that she interacts with and helps is exemplary. Whether it is identifying a student with special needs and abilities for a particular service or position, she consistently goes that extra mile and effort.
Evelyn’s trademarks are hospitality and service to others. She is a prime living example of “cura personalis” at Saint Peter's College.
Evelyn is caring and concerned outside the realm of her regular duties. If a colleague or student needs extra support, she is always there.

Evelyn is congratulated by Enzo Fonzo, President Cornacchia and Justina Kauffman
What Evelyn Loves About SPC
What Evelyn loves the most about Saint Peter's College are the employees.
They are the most extraordinary people. The College is truly a family, comprised of talented, hardworking and loving people. Their concern for each other and the students that attend our school is evident in everything they do.
Evelyn After Hours
Evelyn spends time with her children, grandchildren and friends. She loves window shopping. She enjoys reading and traveling when she can, especially cruises.
Evelyn’s Wishes for SPC
Evelyn would like to see SPC to continue expanding. The College prepares students for the real world and what they will have to face when they graduate. Hopefully, the College can grow and retain the family atmosphere it has now.
