November 2007 Outstanding Staff Member
Diamela "Dee" Llanos
Saint Peter’s College is pleased to announce that the recipient of the November Outstanding Staff Service Award is Diamela “Dee” Llanos.

Dee’s Story at SPC
Dee began her career at Saint Peter’s College in April of 1999 as a full time Accounts Payable Bookkeeper, her current position.
What Dee Loves About SPC
Dee loves that SPC is a small school where you get to know everyone by their name and especially the friendly and relaxing environment. She loves the educational advantages her children are able to receive by being able to attend the types of schools that she probably couldn’t afford to pay for if she didn’t work at SPC.

What SPC Loves About Dee
Dee is a very pleasant person to deal with on an everyday basis. She takes care of inquiries immediately. She is consistent everyday with how she handles her job.
The biggest compliment that I can pay to Dee is that she always goes the extra mile even if it inconveniencies her personally without being asked to do so.
Dee possesses a trait of professionalism exemplified by always being helpful to everyone who needs her assistance – members of other departments, students, co-workers and supervisors alike. She goes out of her way to meet all demands put upon her, even when they are last minute requests which require extra effort in an already demanding routine.
Dee is polite, professional, efficient and just a good person. She is what customer service is all about.
Dee After Hours
When not at work, Dee likes to spend quality time with her family. She lives in Ridgefield with her husband Mario and their three sons, Richard, who is a sophomore at Saint Peter’s College, Edward, who is a sophomore at the University of Scranton and Danny, who is a freshman at St. Peter’s Prep. She enjoys dining out which they do very often. She loves plants and enjoys traveling and learning about other places.
Dee’s Wishes
Dee wishes that the enrollment of students continues to grow to assure the College financial success, but at the same time she wants the College to preserve its familiar small school environment.
