September 2007 Outstanding Staff Member
Eileen Koehler
Saint Peter’s College is pleased to announce that the recipient of the September Outstanding Staff Service Award is Eileen Koehler, Switchboard Supervisor.

Eileen is congratulated by College President, Eugene J. Cornacchia, Ph.D.
Eileen’s Story at SPC
Eileen began her career at Saint Peter's College in September 1991 as a part-time Switchboard Operator. In October of 1999 she was promoted to Switchboard Supervisor, her current position.
What Eileen Loves About SPC
Eileen truly enjoys her position as Switchboard Supervisor and takes pride in being part of the College Community. No matter where she goes in her travels, everyone knows SPC and the excellent reputation and academic achievements of the Jesuits. She has made many friendships over the years and considers all at Saint Peter’s to be her “second family”. Everyone at the College is friendly and there is a true sense of camaraderie.
What SPC Loves About Eileen
Eileen is a loyal, dedicated employee. She really cares about the College and her co-workers. She has a great sense of humor and is fun to be around.
Eileen is one of the most dedicated individuals I’ve ever worked with. She exemplifies the term “team player”. She handles her responsibilities in a highly professional manner and is very dependable. She gives 110%.
Eileen is an extremely dedicated, dependable and well liked employee. Not only is she dedicated to our employees and students, but she is extremely helpful to anyone who needs to call the College. Let’s not forget when she took it upon herself to review the telephone bills and found several errors which ultimately led to saving the College a significant amount of money.
Eileen After Hours
Originally hailing from Greenwich Village and being a true New Yorker, Eileen has resided in Middletown, NJ with her husband Brian and dogs Pokie and Ming. They will be celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary in September. Eileen enjoys spending time with her family down the N.J. shore, shopping, cooking, and of course, eating Italian dishes. She is extremely proud of her accomplished daughters Eileen and Meg. She is an avid quilter for the past 15 years, after attending a course offered through SPC’s adult evening classes.
Eileen’s Wishes
Eileen wishes to see SPC continue to succeed and to be the leading Jesuit College on the east coast. Most of all, to keep the admission phone lines ringing off the hook!
She thanks all who nominated her and is honored to be the September 2007 recipient.
