Scholarship Calculator

The Scholarship Calculator provides an estimate of the scholarship you are likely to receive if you enroll in Saint Peter's College.  All students who are admitted as full-time students in the day session of the College are automatically considered for academic, merit , and residential awards as part of the admission process. The Office of Admission will determine the actual award for an accepted student following a review of the student’s admission application and academic records.

Freshmen Scholarships

Presidential Academic Scholarship: Annual Award: Full Tuition.
Typical Student Profile: 4.0 Grade Point Average and SAT score of 1350 or higher or ACT score 31 or greater. This scholarship recognizes a student's superior academic achievement. This award covers full tuition, valued at more than $100,000 over 4 years.

Dean’s Academic Scholarship: Annual Award: $16,000.
Typical Student Profile:  3.2 or higher Grade Point Average and SAT score of 1100 or higher or ACT score 27 or higher. This award amount is $64,000 over four years.

Ignatian Academic Scholarship: Annual Award: $12,500.
Typical Student Profile: 3.0 or higher Grade Point Average and SAT score of 1000 or higher or ACT score 21 or higher.  The award amount is $50,000 over four years.

Arrupe Award: Annual Award: $ 6,000.
Fr. Pedro Arrupe, S.J., former Superior General of the Jesuits, authored the concept of "men and women for others" and inspired greater awareness of social justice issues. At Saint Peter's, we strive to be fully engaged in our community. This award is given in recognition of a student's potential to develop in the Ignatian tradition as a person for others. The award amount is $24,000 over 4 years.

Magis Residential Awards for Freshmen

These residential scholarships recognize academic success as well as the student’s commitment to community. Magis awards must be used toward a student’s on-campus housing cost.

Jesuit Scholarship

This award recognizes outstanding academic achievement in students who attend Jesuit high schools.

Other Awards

Merit Awards: Saint Peter’s College offers generous merit-based awards that recognize academic achievement and promise. Upon admission, you will be notified of your award.

Need-Based Grants: You may also qualify for additional financial assistance based on demonstrated need. The FAFSA form is required for these need–based grants and can be obtained at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Our school code # is 002638.

Loyola Academic Scholarship: Annual Award $11,000
Typical Student Profile: 3.5 GPA at previous college

Petrean Scholarship: Annual Award $8,500
Typical Student Profile: 3.0 GPA at previous college
