Diploma Replacement

Diplomas for graduation dates prior to December 2006 are printed in Latin unless indicated on the Diploma Replacement Form.

All diplomas for gradation dates of December 2006 or after are printed in English.

This must be your legal name – attach documentation if the name you provide does not match our records. Please be specific regarding accents and spacing. Middle name or initial is optional.

The fee to replace a diploma is $16 and takes 2-3 weeks for processing time

If you have a financial restriction, please contact the Bursar’s Office at 201-761-7440. We are unable to issue you a diploma until the restriction has been cleared from your account.
