ELMWOOD PARK, NJ (January 19, 2008) - The Saint Peter's College Peahens (35-39) went 2-3 this afternoon in the third NEWCBC Meet of the year. The Peahens defeated Adelphi and St. Francis, but fell to Fairleigh Dickinson, Sacred Heart and NJCU. Maggie King had the best day for Peahens as she knocked down 994 pins in five team games. In the individual competition, Marjory Dury knocked down 543 pins in three games, while King totaled 503 pins. The Peahens will play their final conference matches of the season on Monday afternoon.
