RICHMOND, VA (December 1, 2007) - The #18 Saint Peter's College Peahens competed in the first day of the Jeanette Lee Inviational this afternoon, hosted by St. Paul's College. The Peahens went 2-3 this afternoon's in the five person team match competition. The Peahens started the day by falling to Adelphi 852-847. They then won two straight defeating Howard (891-742) and Viriginia State (797-694). Saint Peter's could not carry their momentum over to their final two matches against in-state rivals as they fell to FDU (867-842) and to NJCU (938-790). Individually Margaret Dury had the best day with a six match total pinfall of 1224 (204 per match). Saint Peter's will play five Baker Games tomorrow.
