- No complete list social services in Jersey City
- Several “fractured’ lists existed
- Most were out of date
- Sociology 151 students dedicated four weeks and their final projects assignments to:

- Addresses
- Phone Numbers
- Partial Descriptions of Services Offered

- 5 Students Incorporated this Project into their Methods Learning Experience
- Developed a More In-Depth Questionnaire and learned more about:
- The types of services offered
- Other sociological characteristics such as organization size, connectedness to other agencies and vulnerability to losing resources
