College and PNC Bank Arts Center Policies on Alcohol and Disruptive Behavior at the Commencement Ceremony

The PNC Bank Arts Center security staff and Saint Peter's College personnel will be responsible for crowd control. Any student or guest exhibiting disruptive behavior will be asked to leave the Center. In cases of egregious disruption, the student will be removed from the ceremony and Center, and may face the withholding of her/his diploma until a judicial hearing is conducted on campus. Guests exhibiting egregiously disruptive behavior will be subject to arrest and criminal prosecution.

It is a violation of College policy for anyone to possess or consumes any alcoholic beverage during any part of the Commencement ceremony. It is also the policy of the PNC Bank Arts Center that no alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed to be carried onto its property.
