Saint Peter’s College is pleased to announce that the recipient of the first Outstanding Staff Service Award is Consuelo “Connie” Lorenzo, Secretary for the Department of Athletics. Please join us in congratulating Connie on being the first of the best!

Connie’s Story at SPC
Consuelo “Connie” Lorenzo began her career at Saint Peter's College in November of 1997 as a part-time clerk typist for the Institutional Research Department and then the Finance Department. In December of 1998 she applied for and was offered a full-time position as Secretary I for the Athletics Department. In July of 2001, she was promoted to Secretary II, the position she currently holds.

What Connie Loves about SPC
Connie loves the camaraderie found at Saint Peter’s. “Everyone is friendly”. The favorite part of her job is talking to and helping the students.

Connie after Hours
Connie lives in Jersey City with her mom, sister and dog “Patches”. She collects stamps and plays the laud, a 14 string instrument with the PAARALANG PILIPINO RONDALLA, a Pilipino string ensemble. She is extremely active in Our Lady of Mercy Parish where she serves on the Finance Council and Baptism Ministry. She is also a Eucharist Minister and Pilipino Apostolate. She is also a member of the Devotees of the Infant Jesus Society.
