- UCLA Center for Information Policy The Center is a forum for the discussion and development of policy alternatives addressing the leading issues in media and communication.
- UCLA Television Violence Monitoring Project The UCLA study examines every series, television movie, theatrical film shown on television children's program, special and advertisement hired during a television season. Over 3,000 hours of television are monitored every year. In a major difference from many previous studies, the UCLA report examines the context in which violence occurs thus distinguishing between violence which in its context raises concerns and that which does not.
