January:

  • Poetry Reading with John Menaghan: Thursday 1/31 at 1:00, in Pope Lecture Hall.
  • Dr. Wifall speaks at Campus Ministry's Soup and Substance discussion: Monday 1/28, 12 noon, at Campus Ministry.
  • Dr. Wifall speaks on Focus the Nation faculty panel: Multi-Academic Approaches to the Climate Crisis: Thurs. 1/31, 10 am, McIntyre Room.
  • Creative writing workshops with Professor Gregor: beginning Monday 1/28, at 3 pm in the English Dept Conference Room--continuing every other Monday for the rest of the semester.

February:

  • Outing to Two River Theater's Macbeth: Sunday, February 10 (for ticket info, contact Dr. Wifall). 
  • Speaker: Joy O'Meara, Design Editor at Simon and Schuster Publishers: Thursday 2/28 at noon, Pope Lecture Hall.

 March/April:

  • Outing to the Actors Shakespeare Company's The Merchant of Venice (at NJCU): Thursday, 3/6 at 8:00 pm.
  • "Shakes 'n Bake": Bake Sale Celebrating the Birthday of William Shakespeare: Wed.,4/23 from 12 noon - 2:00, 1st floor Dinneen Hall.
  • Youth Reading Outreach: Wednesday, 4/30 at 3:30.

Proceeds from the Used Book Cafe are used to help homeless people with HIV/AIDS.
