Both the School of Professional and Continuing Studies and the Graduate Studies offer programs at the Jersey City Waterfront. At the waterfront, Saint Peter's College uses the classrooms in Saint Peter's Preparatory School, located at the intersection of Warren and Grand Streets.

Since most train and bus lines in New Jersey pass through Newark, Hoboken, or Jersey City, Prep is a quick PATH ride and walk from virtually anywhere.

Courses for Graduate Studies are held at Cardinal McCarrick High School in South Amboy.

Cardinal McCarrick High School is located at 310 Augusta Street in South Amboy.
