Peter Gotlieb

Dr. Peter Gotlieb

Associate Dean for Experiential Learning & Career Services and founding Director of the Cooperative Education Program, has over 30 years of experience in the field of Cooperative Education. He has served on the Boards of both the Cooperative Education and Internship Association and the National Society for Experiential Education and worked as a consultant for over 30 other colleges and universities, helping them establish and/or strengthen their Cooperative Education programs.

 Sondra Riley

Sondra Edwards Buesing Riley

Sondra Edwards Buesing Riley, Director of Cooperative Education, has worked at Saint Peter's College in various capacities since 1984. Sondra, a lifelong resident of Jersey City, (that's pretty amazing), is a graduate of Cornell University, and holds a Management Certificate from the American Management Association. In her first career, Sondra was a social worker, intake director and counselor which eased her transition into the experiential education field.  A Past President and active member of the New Jersey Cooperative Education and Internship Association, Sondra serves on the organization's  Executive Council.

Sondra feels privileged to be involved in the work of co-op, which enables her to help students begin the process of articulating and often realizing their dreams. (How awesome is that!) Throughout her twenty three years at SPC, she has found inspiration in a host of incredible and inspiring students. Much to her delight, Sondra's son, Patrick Edwards Buesing, is a Saint Peter's College graduate and former co-op student.  In fact, his photo appears in the right corner of the co-op website mast head.

A fan of libraries, Sondra is fortunate to have served as Treasurer and member of the Jersey City Free Public Library Board of Trustees for several years.  In 2000, Sondra was recognized for her positive contributions to the community by the Our Towne Civic Association. For a work on behalf of the Adopt-A-School Program, a joint initiative of the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce and the Hudson County 4 College Consortium, she was named a Woman of Action in 1996.

Sondra is passionate about choral music and currently advises and sings with the Saint Peter's College Voices of Praise Gospel Choir which celebrated its 10th anniversary in April 2006. In addition, Sondra is a member of the internationally acclaimed Jubilation Choir,  the T.R. Goyins Inspirational Ensemble of Heard AME Church in Roselle, NJ., and the Praise Team of  The Well Christian Ministries in Morristown, NJ.
 Linda Mulholland

Linda Mulholland

Since November 1997, Linda has served the Cooperative Education Program as Employer Relations Coordinator and Office Manager. She loves her work, and feels fortunate to be in a position to assist students and employers alike. Prior to coming to Saint Peter's, Linda managed a dental office for ten years. Linda has been a resident of Bayonne for her entire life and commutes to Jersey City daily with her husband, also a Saint Peter's College employee. Linda's son, David, is a graduate of the College, and younger son Marc is a current co-op student.

Linda also enjoys being involved on campus outside the office. She currently serves on the Campus Food and Hospitality Committee and regularly attends college events such as the Fall and Spring Open Houses where she gets acquainted with prospective students and their parents. She also enjoys attending the Freshman Orientation each year, where she gets to meet incoming students and their families. Linda is currently an active member of the New Jersey Cooperative Education Internship Association.

 Sarah Anfora

SARAH J. ANFORA

Work Study Office Assistant

Sarah Anfora, Class of 2008,  is majoring in Elementary Education and Fine Arts. She is the first student to have a minor in Theater Performance at Saint Peter’s. She joined the office last year and loves every minute of her job. Besides being in the Honors Program, Sarah is Past President of the McMullen Chorale and President of Argus Eyes. You may recognize her as the little girl who played Dorothy in The Wiz or that old lady, Mrs. Clackett, who loved sardines in Noises Off. If you really want to make Sarah happy, you can buy her a puppy or bring her a bowl of ice cream.

Sarah hopes to become a kindergarten teacher. Because art and music are so important to her, she plans on incorporating those elements into her classroom. She loves working in this office because it enables her to help students solve many of their problems. It also helps to sharpen her customer service skills. Sarah encourages all students to stop by the office even if they do not want to be a part of the program because you will be surrounded by a loving atmosphere.

 Andrea Estay

ANDREA ESTAY

Work-Study Office Assistant

Andrea Estay, Class of 2008, is a Biology Major and a graduate of Christ the King Regional High School, Middle Village, New York.

Andrea was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship and is enrolled in the Honors Program, where she benefits from the personal attention of dedicated faculty. She joined the staff of the Cooperative Education Program in September 2005 and quickly became an integral member. In addition to working on campus, Andrea plays tennis for the Saint Peter’s College Tennis Team. In her spare time, she enjoys lounging at home in company of her parents. One day, Andrea hopes to become a successful ophthalmologist and looks forward to tending to her patients’ needs.
