Transcripts

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 prohibit disclosure of students' transcript to third parties without written consent of the student. In order for the Office of the Enrollment Services Center to release an official copy of your transcript you must submit a written and signed authorization. You may only request an official or unofficial copy of your transcript in person, through the mail or by fax.

Academic Transcripts requested at the Enrollment Services Center are printed on official blue transcript paper and carry the signature of the Registrar, the College seal and the date it is issued.   The fee for transcripts printed at the Enrollment Services Center is $5.00 each and takes 2-3 business days processing time. If you require your academic transcript to be processed the same day, the fee is $10.00 each. All official/unofficial transcripts are mailed via US Postal Service standard mail. 


Please complete the Transcript Form and present it to the Enrollment Services Center, McDermott Hall, or mail it to Saint Peter's College, Enrollment Services Center, 2641 Kennedy Blvd., NJ 07306 or fax it to 201-761-6051.

If you are requesting your official transcript by mail, please include a check or money order payable to Saint Peter's College. If you are requesting by fax, please include your credit card number, expiration date and validation code.

Only current students may view their academic transcripts using their SPIRIT ONLINE account.

Requests will be honored as quickly as possible; however, during busy periods such as examinations, Commencement, registration, etc., there will be some delay. Therefore, transcripts should be requested well in advance.
