The network jack in my dorm room has suddenly stopped working. What do I do?
We use an automated system to block access by any computer that is using too much bandwidth. Check that your anti-virus program is up to date; run a complete virus scan; remove any peer-to-peer sharing programs; etc. You can borrow a virus cleaning CD from User Support Services, Loyola Hall room 1. You can also check with them for more assistance. (dxs-1/5/06)
