When requesting service on any machine, please include:

1. The location of the machine (i.e. building, room, and machine number if it is a lab computer),
2. your best description of the problem, and,
3. if possible, any error message being displayed.

Users at our Englewood Cliffs Campus may request password resets and similar services by calling 201-761-7800.
